TERMS of SALE

This item is an adult collector’s item and not suitable for children under the age of 14.

THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS LISTED FOR SALE.
All of the items listed for sale are new UNLESS the listing describes them as otherwise. While an item is listed as new, the box it comes in from the factory may have shipping defects or wear marks from storage. If you have any problems with this contact me before buying and I will describe the box in detail and provide you with photos of the box.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All domestic packages will be shipped by USPS, with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS & CUSTOMS DUTY
Your country’s import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you believe the item(s) you receive is not as described in the listing (excluding shipping damage), Please contact me within 48 hours of package delivery and I will either fully refund your purchase price or exchange the item.

In the case of damage; the buyer must report immediately all damage to me immediately on receiving the package. I will contact the carrier or insurance company. I will then forward the instructions regarding the insurance inspection to you. Please get a copy of the damage report.

Please note: the damage reimbursement process can take a month or longer depending on the insurance company.
