This item is an adult collector’s item and not suitable for children under the age of 14.
THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS LISTED FOR SALE.
All of the items listed for sale are new UNLESS the listing describes them as otherwise. While an item is listed as new, the box it comes in from the factory may have shipping defects or wear marks from storage. If you have any problems with this contact me before buying and I will describe the box in detail and provide you with photos of the box. If you receive a box that is not what you think it should be, please contact me to resolve the problem.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All domestic packages will be shipped by USPS or FedEx with tracking.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS & CUSTOMS DUTY
ALL international packages OVER $100.00 will be will be shipped by Priority Mail and insured unless the buyer accepts the risk of loss in writing before the sale.
Your country’s import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Customs duties are normally collected by the delivering shipping company, (Post Office, FedEx, UPS, DHL), or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse these charges for additional shipping charges. I have no control over delays caused by International customs officials.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you believe the item(s) you receive ARE NOT as described in the listing (excluding shipping damage), PLEASE contact me within 48 hours of package delivery and I will either fully refund your purchase price or exchange the item.
In the case of damage; the buyer must report immediately all damage to me immediately on receiving the package.
After the damaged package is inspected please ask for a copy of the damage report (THIS IS ESSENTIAL).
The buyer must always keep the damaged item and the original packaging until the matter is closed.
Please note: the damage reimbursement process can take up to two months.
